Speaker Agreement for Online Classes & Talks

This Speaker Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between PrathaAyurveda.in (hereafter referred to as “Platform”) and the undersigned speaker (hereafter referred to as “Speaker”) for conducting online lectures, classes, webinars, or talks on the Platform.

  1. Purpose of Engagement

The Speaker agrees to deliver educational content in the form of online lectures, webinars, workshops, or talks for the benefit of Ayurveda students, practitioners, and faculty through the Platform.

The sessions are intended solely for educational and academic purposes.

  1. Nature of Content

The Speaker agrees that:

  1. The content presented will be authentic, evidence-based, and aligned with classical Ayurvedic principles.
  2. References to classical texts, clinical experience, or research should be accurate and responsibly presented.
  3. The Speaker will not promote misleading medical claims or unverified treatments.

The Speaker will maintain professional and academic integrity during the session.

  1. Medical Disclaimer

The Speaker agrees that:

  • Any clinical information shared is for educational discussion only.
  • The session will not constitute personalized medical advice to viewers.
  • Participants will be advised to consult a qualified physician for diagnosis or treatment.
  1. Recording & Content Rights
  1. The Speaker agrees that the session may be recorded by the Platform.
  2. PrathaAyurveda.in reserves the right to:
    • Store recordings
    • Publish recordings on the platform
    • Use recordings for educational promotion or future learning material.
  3. The Speaker will be properly credited wherever the content is used.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. The Speaker confirms that the materials used in the presentation do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.
  2. Any third-party material used must have proper permission or citation.
  1. Professional Conduct

The Speaker agrees to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication during the session.
  • Avoid political, religious, or non-academic discussions unrelated to Ayurveda.
  • Ensure that patient confidentiality is protected when discussing clinical cases.
  1. Technical Responsibilities

The Speaker agrees to:

  • Ensure stable internet connectivity during the session.
  • Use clear audio and proper presentation materials.
  • Join the session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  1. Session Schedule
  1. Cancellation Policy

If the Speaker is unable to conduct the session, they should inform the Platform at least 24–48 hours in advance so that participants can be notified.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this agreement, the Speaker confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the guidelines and terms stated above.

I agree to all the terms as per this agreement.
